Ann is responsible for financial accounting and reporting, treasury management, human resources, and compliance. Ann has over 35 years of real estate accounting experience, including fair value reporting for both commingled funds and separately managed accounts, design and implementation of reporting formats, calculation of performance returns, incentive fees and waterfalls, oversight of accounting software and systems, and accounting for multifaceted real estate transactions.
Founded in 2024, Swift Creek Partners is an independent real estate investment firm formed by the management team of Sarofim Realty Advisors, where Ann spent 28 years working in the financial department as well as in human resources and compliance. Prior to Swift Creek Partners, Ann spent 6 years at Trammell Crow Realty Advisors as a Fund Controller. She began her accounting career in 1986 with Ernst & Young, where she was promoted to Audit Manager.
Ann is a graduate of Baylor University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting. She is a Certified Public Accountant.
